    To make it to Level One

    To be retained within the National Structure, Possible Cup final Appointment / Play Off final Appointment

    100% Concentration, Technical perfection and 100% Accuracy

    Lack of appreciation of the Laws of the Game and their interpretation

    Good quality play with excellent levels of enjoyment from the contest

  14. What one change, if any, would you like to see in today’s game?
    Punishments fitting the crime

  15. Is there any one piece of advice you would give to anyone considering taking up the whistle?
    Refereeing can be extremely rewarding if you give all of the aspects the attention they deserve……..What you put in you can get back 10 times over!!!

  16. Is there any one piece of advice you would give to another referee?
    Don’t suffer in silence there are plenty of people who want to help you………..USE THEM!!!

    Golf, Mathematics, Family and Physical Training including swimming
