Hard one to choose really, Can I pick 2? Gavin Hoare (Contrib Referee) & John Moules. Gavin worked as a mentor for me when I first started refereeing and I can still call them if I have a problem and regularly do. John was an inspiration as he had a bad knee injury similar to myself and after lining to him a few times it made me realise that you can come back from serious injuries and still be a very good referee.
